Looking for Loose Carpet

Meghan likes to crawl along this area of the first floor - she knows that if she is going to find a piece of loose carpet that she could chew on, this is the spot to look...silly girl.

Cinderella

We found this Cinderella for her Little People castle yesterday. She wanted so badly to play with it, but it needed washed since it was found at a thrift store. She was so happy to get it this morning!

My Great-Grandma Blanket

Today, Meghan and I were organizing in her closet and she started pulling blankets off the shelf....over and over and over....until she found this one. Then she held onto it and took it wherever she went most of the rest of the afternoon. Including to run all of our errands!

Thank you, Great Grandma Stehr!!

Afternoon Playtime

Miss Meghan now likes to pull up on the front door and "pat pat pat" while looking outside and watching what's going on!

At this point she had pulled almost everything off the shelves in her playroom....and was happily playing away with her farm pieces:

She has so much fun playing and I love watching the independence she is building and the pride that she demonstrates at her new skills.

I can't believe how fast this baby girl is growing and changing. She is one amazing kiddo!!

You are my Sunshine!!

Meghan loves playing with the sunshine and shadows right after lunch and right before afternoon nap. She is all smiles and giggles. She is my little piece of sunshine!!

Miss Independent

This morning Meghan had a ton of fun playing in (and pulling down everything in) her playroom.

This was in the beginning before she pulled EVERYTHING off the shelf!

She was having so much fun! And so very proud of her big self!!

Good Morning, Sunshine!

Miss Meghan watches Baby Signing Time in the morning while she takes her bottle. After her bottle is finished, she will often tap along with the beat of the music. This girl loves music!

Later this morning, she concentrated VERY hard on the task of playing with her taggie blanket from Miss Bethanie:
