Dumping Megabloks!!

"Losing" Meghan

Silly girl - she loves riding on my back and spends most of her time craning around to see what I am doing!!

I wore her while I was making Christmas dinner last week and once stopped and asked if somebody had an eye on what Meghan was doing and once thought to check on her and then remembered she was on my back - babywearing for the win! Happy baby getting sensory and Mama so comfortable she could forget where baby was!

Chase

Meghan currently loves chasing. She loves when you crawl around behind her or when she is busy chasing anything that roles around the first floor. This particular day, she was chasing a cup from her kitchen as it rolled around...

Rainbows

We hung a crystal in the window of the playroom which scatters rainbows on the floor and walls when the sun is shining. Meghan loves putting her hand on one - only to have the rainbow show up on her hand - so she puts her other hand on it - and then it's on her second hand - she can repeat this process of trying to catch the rainbows for quite some time.

They always manage to make her giggle :)

Bookworm!!

Meghan loves looking at books. She can frequently be found looking at them by herself!!

An Evening at Play

I followed Meghan around with a camera, documenting some of the things she did, on the evening of December 28th:

Meghan is a super busy kiddo - she loves playing and she loves moving. She is especially "into" balls right now and will chase them all over the first floor. She has also had her tongue out of her mouth a lot as she's working on some teeth and we think she is using her tongue to protect them. We love seeing it since it took so much therapy to help it be able to do that!!
